The REIT's growth strategy could be delayed to 2027 given that ongoing interest-rate volatility will probably slow down transaction activity in the near term, the analyst says. Although the REIT's units remain deeply discounted, RHB Research awaits meaningful catalysts that can deliver a sustained price recovery.
