361 Degrees International (HKG:1361) completed the placing of 100 million shares on April 30 to raise net proceeds of HK$610 million.

The shares were placed to at least six investors at HK$6.18 apiece, according to a Thursday filing from the sportswear maker.

The company will use proceeds to expand its network of overseas markets, as well as for general working capital and other general corporate purposes.
