0931 GMT - British Airlines owner IAG's comments regarding prospects in the second half of the year were more cautious than those of peers, and didn't echo Deutsche Lufthansa's optimism from earlier this week, Bernstein's Alex Irving and Antoine Madre say in a note. IAG said that this year's fuel bill could reach 9 billion euros, around 2 billion euros more than last year's. The London-listed group expects to recover 60% of higher fuel during 2026. That is slightly below Lufthansa's expectations, which mentioned this week that they expect to recover 60% in the second quarter and over 100% in the second half of the year, the analysts say.
