Agi (AGBK) reported Q1 earnings late Tuesday of 1.39 Brazilian reais ($0.28) per share, down from 2.78 reais a year earlier.
Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 3 billion reais, up from 2.42 billion reais a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 2.12 billion reais.
Shares of the company were down 3.2% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
