It plans to pursue strategic growth opportunities in the resilient logistics segment, while evaluating potential divestment of non-core office assets, the analyst notes. Management intends to increase allocation for logistics properties to 85%, compared with 75.1% as of March 2026, and will look for opportunities to acquire logistics properties in developed markets.
