ZoomInfo Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q2 Guidance Set

ZoomInfo (GTM) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.28 per diluted share, up from $0.23 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $310.2 million, up from $305.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $308 million.

For Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.26 to $0.28 on revenue of $300 million to $303 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.27 on revenue of $309.7 million.

For the full year 2026, the company reaffirmed its adjusted EPS guidance of $1.10 to $1.12. Analysts expect $1.11.

It also revised its 2026 revenue guidance to $1.19 billion to $1.21 billion from $1.25 billion to $1.27 billion earlier. Analysts expect $1.26 billion.

The company also disclosed it will downsize its workforce by 600 employees to reduce operating costs. The restructuring program will result in pre-tax charges of $45 million to $60 million, and is expected to reduce annual run-rate operating expenses by $60 million.

Shares of the company declined nearly 27% during after hours trading.
