Revenue for the quarter ended April 3 was $659.4 million, down from $665.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $655.3 million.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects a flat to a 1% decline in revenue, compared with its previous forecast of a 1% to 2% decline.
Shares of Vestis were up more than 9% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
