Under Armour reported lower fiscal fourth-quarter revenue as declines in North America offset international sales gains, and the apparel brand said it expects cost pressures to hurt earnings for fiscal 2027.

Shares were down 11% to $5.25 in premarket trading.

The company posted a quarterly loss of $43.4 million, or 10 cents a share, compared with a loss of $67.5 million, or 16 cents a share, the year prior.

On an adjusted basis, the company reported a loss of 3 cents a share for the quarter. Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of 2 cents a share.

Revenue fell 1% to $1.17 billion, in line with Wall Street's expectation. Wholesale revenue fell 3% to $747.7 million.

North America revenue was down 7% to $640.9 million, offsetting a 10% gain in international revenue.

Gross margin declined 470 basis points to 42%, due to higher tariffs, higher product costs, pricing headwinds and unfavorable regional mix.

"Our fiscal 2026 performance reflects the ongoing intentional steps we're taking to reset the business and restore the discipline required to operate as a best-in-class brand," said Chief Executive Kevin Plank.

The company said it expects fiscal 2027 revenue to decline slightly year over year.

It guided for fiscal-year adjusted earnings of 8 cents to 12 cents a share, which it said reflects continued investment and external cost pressures, partially offset by tariff refunds. Analysts see fiscal-year adjusted earnings of 23 cents a share.
