China Qinfa Group (HKG:0866) granted options to various participants to subscribe for 75.5 million shares in the firm under a 2018 incentive scheme, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Of the total, 19.5 million options were offered to five directors, with the remaining 56 million options granted to 10 other employees.

The options are exercisable at HK$3.07 per share from May 11, 2029, to May 10, 2036.
