Intraco (SGX:I06) has decided to adopt a new dividend policy of paying dividends amounting at least 35% of the company's consolidated profit after tax, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The payments are subject to the company's retained earnings, capital expenditure, future expansion and investment plans.

Meanwhile, dividends will be paid on an annual basis, the filing added.
