Vuzix (VUZI) reported a Q1 net loss late Thursday of $0.09 per share, narrowing from a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.10.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31 fell to $1.4 million from $1.6 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.3 million.

Shares of Vuzix were down more than 3% in after-hours activity.
