The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation $(WLK)$ today declared a regular dividend distribution of $0.53 per share for the first quarter of 2026. This dividend will be payable on June 11, 2026 to stockholders of record on May 27, 2026.
Westlake announced its first dividend on November 11, 2004 and has successively been paying and increasing its dividend for the past 22 years.
