Mister Car Wash (MCW) said Tuesday that its all-cash acquisition by investment funds managed by Leonard Green & Partners has been completed.

As part of the deal, members of management rolled over some of their ownership and Leonard Green & Partners acquired all outstanding shares that it did not already own for $7 per share, the company said.

Mister Car Wash said its common stock has ceased trading and will be delisted from Nasdaq.
