Safehold (SAFE) closed ground leases for two affordable housing projects in Santa Cruz and Santa Clarita, California, the company said Tuesday.

The projects, which will be developed by CRP Affordable Housing & Community Development, are expected to deliver 211 affordable housing units in 2028.
