2309 GMT [Dow Jones]--Building materials supplier James Hardie delivers "a reasonable result" for 4Q, according to Citi. While its North American businesses are largely in line with expectations, operations elsewhere performed better than anticipated, the bank says. Ebitda in Australia and New Zealand is about 14% ahead of consensus, while European Ebitda is a roughly 6% beat. Citi says cost management is offsetting headwinds that are weighing on overall sales. It has a buy rating and A$38.00/share target on the stock. Shares ended Tuesday at A$26.78. (rhiannon.hoyle@wsj.com; @RhiannonHoyle)
