Pico Far East (HKG:0752) granted a little over 7.1 million share options to various directors and employees under a 2022 incentive scheme, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The options are exercisable into the same number of shares in the firm at HK$2.316 apiece.

Of the total, nearly 5.7 million options were granted to three executive directors, with the remaining 1.5 million offered to other employees.

The firm now has 91.2 million shares available for future grant under the scheme.
