Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 323.4 million yuan in April, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,590 square meters, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the property developer were up nearly 2% in late-morning trade on Friday.

The average selling price for the month stood at about 12,639 yuan per square meter.

For the four months ended April 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 856.6 million yuan and 72,743 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,776 yuan per square meter.
