Argo Global Listed Infrastructure (ASX:ALI) opened a share purchase plan (SPP) allowing eligible shareholders to subscribe for up to AU$30,000 worth of new shares without incurring brokerage fees, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The SPP price will be the lower of AU$2.40 per share or the volume-weighted average price of company shares traded on the ASX over the last five trading days of the offer period, rounded down to the nearest cent, the filing said.
The share purchase plan offer will remain open for subscriptions until June 5.
Proceeds will be used in further investments in global listed infrastructure securities, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 2% in morning trade Friday.
