The boom in memory chips and related suppliers are expected to drive Kospi's earnings, which could surge 200% this year and 29% next year, said analysts led by Cindy Park. They expect AI-driven earnings growth to generate sustainable returns on equity for the next five years. Stronger stewardship and listed companies' shift toward greater capital efficiency, shareholder returns and optimal leverage should lift their price-to-earnings and price-to-book multiples.
