The Hour Glass' (SGX:AGS) attributable profit to owners surged 39% during the fiscal second half ended March 31 to SG$103.7 million from SG$74.4 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share came in at SG$0.1610 compared with SG$0.1148 in the year-ago period.

The luxury watch retailer's revenue jumped 16% year over year to SG$772.8 million from SG$622.6 million.

The company recommended a final dividend of SG$0.04 per share and an interim dividend of SG$0.02 per share.
