Alaska Air Group (ALK) and Hawaiian Airlines have integrated their cargo operations onto a single digital platform following Hawaiian Air Cargo's migration to IBS Software's iCargo system, streamlining shipment management across the combined network, IBS Software said Wednesday.
The move replaces Hawaiian's legacy cargo platform and extends Alaska Air's existing use of iCargo, which began in 2022.
Customers can now use a unified portal to book, ship and track cargo shipments across both airlines' networks, while cargo policies, billing and freight tracking have been standardized, it added.
