Six Flags Entertainment (FUN) said late Wednesday it named Ash Walia as chief financial officer, starting June 17.

He was most recently the CFO of private equity-owned Hot Topic, according to a statement.

Dave Hoffman, who has been serving as interim CFO, will continue to serve as chief accounting officer, the company said.
