Monro (MNRO) has started a strategic review that could include asset sales, refinancing, acquisitions, operational changes, or a potential sale of the company, the company said Wednesday.
The automotive repair and tire services company said the review is at an early stage and will be conducted with the support of financial and legal advisers.
The company noted that there is no set timeline and no assurance that the review will result in any transaction, it added.
Shares of the company were up 2.7% in Wednesday premarket activity.
