New Horizon Aircraft (HOVR) said Tuesday it has struck an agreement to sell about 9.96 million Class A shares to some institutional investors to raise about $25 million.

The offering is expected to close May 27, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to fund the completion of the Cavorite X7 prototype and advance the program toward testing, certification, and production, the firm said.
