0510 GMT - The Reserve Bank of New Zealand kept the official cash rate steady at 2.25% on Wednesday, but ANZ says it's itching to hike. The decision was a 3-3 vote, with Gov. Anna Breman breaking the tie. It was accompanied by a chart signaling the OCR will rise more aggressively than thought in February. ANZ says the chart implies a very high chance of back-to-back hikes at the next three meetings. "We continue to forecast three hikes this year, in July, September and October," says Sharon Zollner, ANZ's chief economist in New Zealand.
