Shares of Target Hospitality retreated after the company said seven million shares of its common stock are now available in a secondary offering.
The remote workforce accommodations and hospitality services company's stock slipped 7.3% to $17 in after-hours trading Wednesday. The stock, which closed down less than 1% at $18.33, is up 129% this year.
Target said the shares are being offered by Arrow Holdings S.à r.l. and MFA Global S.à r.l. The company is not offering any shares and will not receive any proceeds, Target said.
