Comscore (SCOR) unit Comscore Movies, a provider of theatrical box office analytics, was acquired by Advaya Capital, the private investment firm said in a late Wednesday statement.

Advaya plans to invest in the company to expand the dataset, utilize AI to automate data collection, and develop predictive analytics capabilities, according to a statement.
