Dollar Tree Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Full-Year Adjusted EPS Outlook Upgraded -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

Dollar Tree (DLTR) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.74 per diluted share, up from $1.26 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.53.

Revenue for the quarter ended May 2 was $4.98 billion, up from $4.64 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.96 billion.

For fiscal Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1 to $1.15. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.99.

Dollar Tree expects net sales from continuing operations for the quarter of $4.8 billion to $4.9 billion. Analysts are looking for $4.84 billion.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $6.70 to $7.10, compared with its previous outlook range of $6.50 to $6.90. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.67.

Dollar Tree continues to expect full-year net sales from continuing operations of $20.5 billion to $20.7 billion. Analysts are looking for $20.62 billion.

The company's shares were up 11% in premarket activity.
