Softcare's (HKG:2698) controlling shareholder Yang Yanjuan further increased her stake in the company, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Yang purchased 876,400 shares from the open market at around HK$25.63 each from May 15 to May 22.

Yang is the spouse of Shen Yanchang, the hygiene products maker's founder, chairman, and controlling shareholder. Together, they own a 53.74% stake in the business.
