Repay (RPAY) said late Monday it closed the acquisition of Kubra Data Transfer for $372 million cash.
The company said it expects combined value creation opportunities of over $15 million of annual run-rate costs synergies and $5 million of technology savings over the next three years, with $8 million of the run-rate expense synergies expected to be achieved in 2026.
Kubra is expected to contribute $150 million to $154 million in revenue for the remainder of 2026, Repay said.
To incorporate Kubra's expected contributions, the company said it is revising its fiscal year 2026 revenue outlook to $490 million to $500 million from $340 million to $346 million earlier. Analysts expect $341.3 million.
