Alight Names Stephen Lasher Chief Financial Officer

Alight (ALIT) said Thursday that it has appointed Stephen Lasher as chief financial officer, starting June 15.

Lasher currently serves as CFO Digital Turbine (APPS), the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Lasher will succeed Susan Davies, who will continue to serve as chief accounting officer and global controller, according to the filing.

Alight shares were up 2.4% in Thursday's premarket activity.
