LCI Industries Chief Executive Jason Lippert to Retire; Interim Successor Named

LCI Industries (LCII) said Thursday that President and Chief Executive Jason Lippert is retiring and has stepped down from his position.

The company has tapped Independent Director Johnny Sirpilla to serve as interim CEO, effective immediately, while Lippert will remain as an adviser for one year to aid in the transition. Sirpilla has been a member of the company's board since 2019.

The board will conduct a search, both within and outside the company, for a permanent CEO.

LCI Industries also said that Virginia Henkels has been named Chair of the Board, succeeding Tracy Graham, who has stepped down after 10 years on the board.

Shares of the company fell more than 6% pre-bell Thursday.
