BriaCell Therapeutics Corp (BCTX) said Tuesday it has closed its best-efforts offering of roughly 1.45 million shares at $3.25 per share, for gross proceeds of about $4.7 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital, general corporate purposes, as well as the advancement of business goals, the company said.
