Innio Group said Wednesday it has priced an upsized initial public offering of 90 million shares at $27 per share.
The IPO, which was upsized from 75 million shares, is expected to close Friday.
Underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 13.5 million shares from the selling shareholder at the IPO price.
The shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market this Thursday under the ticker symbol, "INIO."
The global distributed energy solutions provider said it will not receive any proceeds from the transaction because a single existing investor is selling the stock.
