Shares of airlines and aerospace companies are under pressure after fresh blows between the U.S. and Iran pushed oil prices higher on Monday.

Brent crude futures are more than 6% higher following reports that deal talks between the warring countries have stalled. Mediators said issues including nuclear commitments remain unresolved, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.

Shares of Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines and American Airlines slid between 1.5% and 3.5% lower in early trading. Shares of smaller carriers, including JetBlue Airways and Allegiant, fell even further.

Major aerospace and defense contractors, including Boeing, General Dynamics, RTX and Lockheed Martin fell between 1% and 3%.
