Trade Desk (TTD) said late Monday it has appointed Nate Olmstead as chief financial officer, starting July 9.

Olmstead joins the company from Penguin Solutions (PENG), the company said.

Tahnil Davis, who served as interim CFO, will resume the prior role of chief accounting officer, according to a statement.
