Nvidia Reportedly Approves Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron for Vera Rubin AI Memory Supply

Nvidia (NVDA) cleared Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology to supply advanced high-bandwidth memory for its HBM4 artificial intelligence accelerators, multiple outlets reported Friday, citing Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang.

The chip vendors are qualified and currently manufacturing parts for the upcoming Vera Rubin processing platform, the news outlets quoted Huang as saying.

The computing systems are in full production and scheduled for deliveries in Q3, the reports said.

Shares of Nvidia were up 2% in Friday premarket activity.

Nvidia, Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
