Brady's (BRC) board has appointed Vineet Nargolwala as chief executive officer, effective immediately, succeeding Russell Shaller, the company said Monday.

Shaller will remain with Brady in a consulting position through Aug. 1 to ensure a smooth transition, while Nargolwala will remain as a director, the company said.
