Nuburu (BURU) said Monday it has filed a Golden Power notification to the Italian government, as part of its planned acquisition of a 70% stake in Tekne.

The filing triggers a formal review of the acquisition by the Italian government, which generally has 45 days to seek additional information, clarifications, impose conditions, and respond.

As part of its application, Nuburu also provided a business plan for Tekne between 2026 and 2030. Under the plan, Nuburu projects Tekne's cumulative revenue of 564.7 million euros ($651.7 million) during the period, increasing from 49.6 million euros in 2026 to 198.8 million euros in 2030.

Nuburu shares were up 3.5% in Monday's premarket activity.
