Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP) said Monday it reached an agreement with a second major group purchasing organization to provide coverage for its sublingual tablet Tonmya for fibromyalgia.
The new contract extends treatment access to approximately 17 million more commercial lives in the US, the company said.
Combined with a previous contract, the drug is now covered for nearly 52 million commercial lives, and is also accessible in the majority of states through Medicaid programs encompassing roughly 75 million individuals, Tonix said.
Shares of the company were up 5.6% in Monday premarket trading.
