Volato (SOAR) has terminated its merger agreement with mining and extraction firm M2i Global, the company said in a regulatory filing on Friday.
The company delivered a written notice of termination on June 4 after the merger was not completed by March 31, which had previously been extended from the original deadline, according to the US Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Volato said it will not incur any termination fee or penalty related to the agreement.
Shares of Volato were down 23% in Monday premarket trading.
