Verra Mobility's (VRRM) board has established a committee to oversee implementation of the company's transformation initiative, Verra Mobility said Monday.

The committee will support management's review and execution of the company's business and financial strategies, cost structure optimization, growth opportunities, and capital allocation strategy, among other things, according to a regulatory filing.
