Adamas Trust Raises Dividend by 17%

Adamas Trust raised its quarterly dividend by 17% to 27 cents a share, from 23 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.08 a year, represents an annual yield of about 12% based on Thursday's closing price of $9.11.

The dividend is payable July 28 to stockholders of record on June 23, the real estate investment trust said.
