LC Logistics Turns to Equity Markets For HK$139 Million Capital Raise; Shares Surge 19%

LC Logistics (HKG:2490) said it was looking to raise HK$139.1 million via a stock offering, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The firm is seeking investors for 42.2 million shares priced at HK$3.30 each to raise funds for potential acquisitions.

The shares represent 7.36% of the company's issued share capital, and 6.86% as enlarged by the offering.

LC Logistics' shares jumped nearly 19% in recent trade.
