Enliven Therapeutics (ELVN) priced an upsized public offering of 8.9 million shares at $37.50 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1.73 million shares at $37.499 each, the company said.

The offering, expected to close Monday, is expected to raise gross proceeds of around $400 million, the company said.

The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.6 million additional shares, it said.
