Longfor (HKG:0960) recorded contracted sales of 3.32 billion yuan in May, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 298,000 square meters, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

For the five months ended May 31, contracted sales and GFA reached approximately 13.67 billion yuan and 1.45 million square meters, respectively.

From January to May, revenue from property operation and service stood at about 11.14 billion yuan, comprising an operating income of 6.03 billion yuan and a service income of 5.11 billion yuan.
