Synagistics (HKG:2562) partnered with Mei Ah Entertainment (HKG:0391) to launch MASYN, an AI-powered e-commerce venture targeting consumer brand development and cross-border expansion in Southeast Asia, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The project combines Mei Ah's AI content creation, product development, and supply chain capabilities with Synagistics' AI commerce infrastructure and regional e-commerce operations.
MASYN will use AI-generated content, livestream commerce, short-video marketing, and data-driven product testing across digital commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, to support brand incubation and regional expansion.
