Cava Group said it plans to expand its workforce by 2,500 workers as it looks to open 75 new restaurants.
The Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain said Tuesday that the hiring spree sees it investing in leadership development and expanding opportunities to its team members.
The company recently launched an assistant general manager role to help build a bench of leaders. It has already met its goal to fill more than 150 assistant general manager positions this year.
