0347 GMT - Addvalue Technologies' potential Nasdaq spin-off could be a game-changer for the Singapore satellite communications company, says Maybank Securities' Jarick Seet in a note. The company is exploring a U.S. listing of its inter-satellite data delay system business. The market capitalization of this business in the U.S. could reach US$180 million to US$250 million, he says, noting that U.S. valuations are higher than in Singapore. The company could also potentially return some cash to its shareholders post-listing, he adds. Addvalue's market cap is around 622 million Singapore dollars, LSEG data show. Meanwhile, its advanced digital radio segment orders could pick up strongly in 2H on rising demand for antidrone solutions, the analyst says. Maybank Securities maintains a buy rating and S$0.34 target price. Shares are up 0.6% at S$0.17. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
