Hyperscale Data (GPUS) said Tuesday its cash tender offer to repurchase up to around 23.8 million common shares expired. The company planned to spend up to $5 million at a set price of $0.21 per share.
Preliminary counts indicate investors validly submitted roughly 8.5 million shares alongside 309,828 shares delivered via guaranteed arrangements, the company said.
The company anticipates purchasing a total of approximately 8.9 million shares for around $1.9 million, excluding transaction fees, Hyperscale Data said.
Shares of the company were down 1.7% in Tuesday premarket activity.
